DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor stock levels with logistic or warehouse and place orders as needed Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track and maintain orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Knowledge SOP of Purchasing Report to Purchasing Manager
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor degree from any field Maximum age is 30 years old Fluent in English (fluent in Mandarin is a plus) Preferable have any experience as purchasing staff, at least 2 years Detail oriented, good communication, neat and flexible person Experience using SAP is a MUST
