DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise daily financial operations, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow monitoring. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of PPh and VAT reports. Review and manage tax invoices, and maintain accurate tax documentation. Lead monthly and year-end closing processes, including accruals, adjustments, and financial reporting. Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and provide variance analysis. Maintain the integrity of general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with PSAK and internal policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and follow up on audit findings. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support ERP/system optimization initiatives. Provide ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as needed by management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation. Master’s degree (S2), or Tax Brevet A & B is a strong plus. 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT/PPN) and PSAK (Indonesian GAAP). Hands-on experience using ERP/accounting systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle. Experience in financial automation, process improvement, or ERP implementation is an advantage. Familiarity with project-based or service industry finance practices is a plus.
