REQUIREMENT
Experience: Min. 1 years until 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the fashion retail or Retail industry. Knowledge of Fashion Industry: A strong understanding of the fashion retail industry, including market trends, key players, and the competitive landscape. Recruitment Skills: Proficiency in sourcing techniques (including boolean search), candidate assessment, and interview skills. Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to establish rapport with candidates and maintain relationships with industry contacts. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to quickly identify issues and develop effective solutions. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
