DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and Maintain Customer Databases Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis, and systematically build a database of prospective customers. Maintain and regularly update client records to ensure accurate tracking of engagement history, communication, and follow-up activities. Segment the database to tailor marketing strategies and sales approaches effectively. Boost Company Sales and Revenue Actively promote the company’s products or services to drive sales growth and expand market share. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and suggest improvements to offerings or strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales campaigns and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct Daily Client Visits and Follow-Ups Plan and execute daily visits to both new and existing clients to build strong, trust-based relationships. Present company products or services in a persuasive and professional manner, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions. Collect feedback during client visits and report insights to the team for continuous service and product improvement. Ensure consistent post-visit follow-up to maintain engagement and facilitate the sales cycle.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Minimum of 3 years of proven track record in Direct Sales and Marketing, preferably in a competitive, target-driven environment. Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage and will be prioritized for certain market segments Exhibits exceptional integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of work. Highly target-oriented, resilient, and capable of navigating and overcoming various sales challenges. Possesses a positive attitude, high levels of self-discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. Displays a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Physically and mentally healthy, with the stamina to manage a dynamic work schedule Maximum age of 38. Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes, including inter-city and potentially overseas travel if needed Open to placement in Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung, or other designated locations as per company needs.
