DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deliver commercial KPIs and financial targets across the aesthetics portfolio Lead and develop a high-impact sales and KAM team with strong coaching and performance management Define and implement local sales strategies to support brand and market objectives Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and opinion leaders Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution Utilize data and insights to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance Champion field excellence through structured processes, effective communication, and accountability
REQUIREMENT

Proven leadership experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and execution-focused mindset Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop sales teams to achieve stretch goals Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Comfortable operating in a matrix environment with multiple cross-functional stakeholders Fluent in English and Mandarin; local market experience preferred High-impact leadership position with strategic autonomy and visibility Key contributor to expanding market presence and brand influence in Taiwan About Our Client Our client is a leading global company with a strong heritage in aesthetics, best known for pioneering innovative treatments and setting industry benchmarks in facial aesthetics and body contouring.
