Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, with a focus on attracting talent.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management, while understanding and respecting multicultural dynamics.
Manage and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices, considering the nuances of multinational cultures.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping, including coordination with international HR teams.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, recognizing the diverse cultural backgrounds of our workforce.
Maintained employee records and ensured data accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to multinational data privacy regulations.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, considering cultural sensitivities in data interpretation.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes, with a focus on multicultural inclusivity.
REQUIREMENT
Master degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
2 -3 Years of experience with the same position in a reputable company.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin proficiency is more preferable
Thorough knowledge of HR function jobs, practices, and employment laws, with experience in multinational environments.
