DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and develop new customers for export and import services (both sea and air freight). Promote company logistics services including customs clearance, document handling, trucking, warehousing, and door-to-door delivery. Prepare and send price quotations based on customer inquiries in coordination with the pricing and operations team. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering effective solutions and high service satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with the company’s KPIs. Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-up meetings with potential clients. Gather market intelligence on pricing, trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. Submit daily or weekly sales activity reports to the sales supervisor/manager.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or Communication. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Good knowledge of export-import procedures, freight types (LCL, FCL, Air Freight), and shipping documentation. Familiar with INCOTERM. Having a customer database or industry network is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Able to work under pressure and with sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral & written); Mandarin is a plus. Owns a personal vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM A/C) for client visits.
