REQUIREMENT

8+ years of relevant project & business requirements management experience, minimum of 4 years of relevant TW TA local market experience. Proven ability and experience in implementing large strategic initiatives with significant technology & operational components, partnering with business & technology stakeholders and work effectively in a matrix organization. Analytical, complex problems solver with excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Mandarin. Demonstrate end-to-end understanding on TA product and operational lifecycle, with good knowledge of Investment Management product offerings in TW e.g., Mutual Funds, ETFs, etc. Strong sense of prioritization & ability to execute against deliverables. Able to take personal accountability for projects & issue resolution. Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure decisions are well thought out and can be executed from an operations perspective. Bachelors' degree (or equivalent) required. Be able to lead, motivate and get the very best out of a high performing team of operations professionals, locally and remotely. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes with counterparts. Agile, PMP, or equivalent Project Management Qualifications and/or extensive testing and platform / implementation experience.
