DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitoring and maintaining user access requests and changes, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls Grant, modify, and remove user access to applications in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA) Investigating and responding to security incidents and events, escalating issues as required Collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure security requirements are met Staying up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies
REQUIREMENT

Minimum under 1 years of experience in IT security operations or a related field Proven experience in IT security operations or a similar role Proficient in security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis, user access management, application security, and SLA adherence Familiarity with security protocols, access control systems, and relevant software tools (SQL Database, Windows, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
