DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing the purchasing & procurement of goods and services essential for marine/ shipping operations. Managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials, and overseeing inventory control to meet the needs of the operations team. Responsible for supporting the relevant business unit with the planning and execution of operational support & dry docking.
REQUIREMENT

Graduate of Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field with marine experience or Marine Engineering Class 1 Motor (Class 2 may be considered based upon experience); or Engineering/Naval Architecture degree. Proven 3 years’ experience as a Purchasing/ Procurement/ SCM Officer (similar role). Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors), Solid analytical skills and negotiation skills.
