DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Visit customers, analyze purchasing behavior, and reactivate lost customers.
2. Register new customers through email, phone, and presentations.
3. Follow up on inquiries and quotations, converting them into purchase orders.
4. Ensure quotations lead to purchase orders and coordinate stock ordering.
5. Recommend cutting tools, collect customer data, and build a potential customer database.
6. Handle customer complaints on quality, delivery, and pricing, ensuring resolution.
7. Conduct product trials with customers and submit reports within three months.
8. Identify business opportunities for Tool Management System (TMS) and OEM projects.
9. Develop sales strategies and expand customer relationships.
10. Prepare and submit daily reports and weekly visit plans on time.
