DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support organizational development initiatives that align people with strategic goals Analyze how teams work—identifying structure, workflow, and process improvements Develop and maintain OD services: job design, org structure, competency mapping, performance systems, and workforce planning Collaborate on HR and OD projects that drive culture, clarity, and efficiency Design and roll out employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns across platforms Support performance management processes—including KPIs, appraisals, and system updates
REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Organization Development Preferably with supervisory-level experience in an HR or OD role Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset—you’re solutions-focused and action-oriented Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and digital platforms (including social media and reporting tools) Great communicator with solid time management and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluent in English—both written and spoken
