DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end closing procedures Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to provide accurate and timely information to senior management Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies and procedures Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined accounting practices Train and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisor accounting, preferably in agrobisnis industry Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Thorough understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations Proficiency in using accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or SAP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven track record of leading and developing a team of accounting professionals Placement in Surabaya, must be willing to travel for business trips (Jakarta / Merauke / else)
