DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for the corporate and executive's personal administration such as manage calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and taking minutes of meeting; Making corporate travel arrangements and accommodations; Draft corporate and executive emails, correspondence, and other documents; Conduct management research and compile reports; Handle phone calls and other corporate communication channels; Managing corporate database and filing system; Maintain office facilities; Support the Executive’s to ensure the company procedures and policies are up to date and well-applied effectively and efficiently Report to the Director
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in all fields Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role for at least 2 (two) years Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and time management Good interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work immediately. Preferred Domicile in south Jakarta
