DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Prepare and perform drafting and composing business letters, and maintain files and other documents to support Director’s daily business activities to and from Internal and External Company.
2. Perform and screen all incoming and outgoing e-mail and telephone calls, take messages, and handle confidential faxes and letters to and from Internal and External Company for the Director in order to facilitate day-to-day activities
3. Prepare and perform accommodation and transportation such as: itinerary, ticket, visa and hotel booking of Director in order to facilitate in facilitate in conducting their business activities.
4. Prepare and assist Director in preparation, implementation and report development of work programs and budget of the Director to ensure its runs well comply with business needs and objectives.
5. Prepare and coordinate appointments and meetings of Director regarding to Internal Company and External Company parties in order to avoid time dispute.
6. Prepare claim form of expense report, invoice, pretty cash records and inventory of office supplies to ensure it’s comply with business needs and objectives.
7. Compile and organize all important documents of all Departments under the respective director and keep monitor the age of documents refer to procedure Strictly keep Director’s and Directorate’s important and confidential communication whether in written and verbal.
8. Assist Director for any kind of information related to internal and external matter for any kind of business activities.
REQUIREMENT
· Education : Minimum S1 from any discipline
· Experience : Minimum 3 years of Secretarial areas (Experience in oil and gas company will be prioritized)
· Skills and Knowledge : Budgeting, Public Relations, Systems & Process Documentation and other skill required
