DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Calculate KPI incentives for marketing areas. Determine discounts for VIP DSO customers. Analyze and address turnover reduction for existing customers. Set rates for acquiring new VIP DSO and competitor's customers. Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely payments. Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing and customer strategies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in any field. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written). Strong analytical and financial skills. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (preferred). Good communication and teamwork skills.
