REQUIREMENT
Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology or related field (HR certifications a plus) Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with various departments within the organization The capacity to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and talent needs Comfortable with using relevant technology & common recruitment assessment tools
