REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or beauty and health industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with customer service software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
