Strategic Infrastructure & System Operations – Oversee and optimize infrastructure and application systems across multiple projects to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
Technical Consultancy & Expert Advisory – Provide high-level expertise and strategic guidance on system architecture, integration, and operational best practices to project teams.
Multi-Project Support & Troubleshooting – Lead Level 2/3 support for complex system issues, conduct in-depth root cause analysis, and drive resolution across different projects.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all systems align with regulatory, security, and compliance standards, conducting risk assessments and mitigation planning at the division level.
Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement – Implement proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency across projects.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Collaborate with project teams, management, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, service quality, and project alignment with business goals.
Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices Implementation – Develop, document, and standardize processes, technical guidelines, and governance frameworks to enhance knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
Governance & Future-Ready IT Strategy – Support the division in adopting emerging technologies, driving IT transformation initiatives, and ensuring future scalability and resilience of IT operations.
REQUIREMENT
Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management – Expertise in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premises infrastructure, virtualization, and automation.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management – Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
IT Operations & Incident Management – Proficiency in ITIL-based service management, root cause analysis, and system performance optimization.
Technical Consulting & Solution Design – Ability to provide expert guidance, assess system architecture, and implement scalable IT solutions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management – Strong coordination, negotiation, and collaboration skills across teams, projects, and external partners.
Leadership & Communication – Effective mentoring, documentation, and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
