DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for leading the Area Sales team in each region. Responsible for achieving sales and distribution targets as set by the Company. Promote collaboration with Distributors and Customers in order to develop sales and distribution. Responsible for resolving issues and problems within their area of responsibility. Responsible for the development of members within their area. Responsible for preparing periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually). Responsible for the implementation of promotions carried out by the team in their area. Willing to be placed to all area in Indonesia.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Others or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Familiar with Microsoft Office, Good Leadership, Good knowledge in Marketing Mix, Familiar with 4P. Preferably Regional Sales Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
