DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Generate Purchase Requisition (PR) to be Purchase Order (PO) through ERP system. Search vendor and product (goods or service) as per specification required at locally and abroad sources. Negotiate price, discount, delivery term and other commercial term and condition to achieve the best quality, cost, delivery, safety and moral (QCDSM). Generate PO Evaluation Sheet (POES) or Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE). Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk).
REQUIREMENT

Candidate at least possess Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering. Min. 2-3 years experiences as a Expeditor or Purchasing Expeditor preferably in the same industry (Mining, EPC). Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specifications. Having experiences with ERP system is an advantage. Excellent communication skill and team work. Willing to on-site.
