REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the networking or IT solutions space. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, and security protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP (preferred). Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business value for customers. Should be proficient in one or more APAC languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai) along with strong English skills.
