DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfilment Developing and implementing strategies to optimise warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with production, sales, and distribution requirements Monitoring and analysing warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Managing and leading a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, forklift operators, and logistics coordinators Implementing and maintaining effective inventory control systems and procedures Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the warehouse operations
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or mining industries Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and supply chain optimization Proficient in the use of warehouse management software Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Should be able to communicate in English and Bhasha
