DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control measures. Budget and expense optimization effectively due to company business needs Maintaining long term relationship with existing and new suppliers Work closely with external parties (suppliers and vendors) and internal teams to align operations with company goals Sourcing for better and new alternatives for suppliers and providers Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers Establishes systems to ensure that the organization's continuous improvement processes are communicated
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Food Tech/Manufacturing Minimum of 3 years of experience in food production, F&B, central kitchen, or a similar environment Good in Ms. Office, Good negotiation skill, Good team management skill Communicate effectively to ensure transparency on all matters Must be well-organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards. Attention to detail, as well as a strong eye and drive for process improvements.
