DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems. Notebooks, Smartphones, and tablets as well Install new software and hardware on computers Identify and resolve hardware or software issues Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements Collaborating with other service centers and partners on repair services
REQUIREMENT

Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, and above or a related field Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows and Mac OS Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High attention to detail and accuracy
