DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, Economy & Psychology - Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or related fields - Familiar with HRGA process flow - Familiar with labor regulations and also its derivative regulations - Accustomed to doing and working on payroll processes, tax calculations and familiar with handling recruitment and understanding the flow of the recruitment process from start to finish, familiar with industrial relations & external relations areas - Familiar and neat in terms of HR administration area - Have good excel skills and used to manage database well - Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures - Ability to participate in recruitment and work placement processes - Experience in oil and gas industry is preferred - Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta - Proficient in calculating tax (PPh 21) is a plus
