DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Gather and analyze business requirements, and create detailed BRS/CR documentation for technical teams - Ensure all business requirements are properly documented following company standards - Participate in system design and selection as the voice of the business user - Work with users and TCOE to develop and execute testing plans, including scenarios and scripts - Monitor system performance after deployment to ensure smooth operations
REQUIREMENT

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field - 2–3 years of experience in Business Solution, Business Analyst, or similar roles - Business Analyst certification is a plus - Experience in the life insurance industry
