DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Strategic Oversight: Advising and guiding high-impact project execution in alignment with business goals. PMO Development: Establishing frameworks, best practices, and processes across business units. Cross-Regional Coordination: Bridging Japan HQ and APAC branches, particularly Singapore, ensuring regional alignment. Risk & Issue Management: Leading proactive identification, mitigation, and resolution of project risks and problems. Project Reporting: Creating and delivering comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating communication with senior leadership and Japanese-speaking clients. Process Improvement: Driving enhancements in project execution and delivery efficiency.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree minimum. 3+ years in PMO with strong risk/problem management experience. Consulting background is required. Experience with complex, multi-project environments across different geographies or systems. Strong documentation and logical thinking. Fluent English and Japanese for liaising with Japanese stakeholder Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, GigaCC is advantageous.
