DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop suitable suppliers locally based on the company's demand categories
Complete the online inquiry and contract approval process according to company procedures
According to the system procurement requirements, Track the execution of purchase orders until they are completed for storage
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies and vendor management
Attention to details and accuracy, having a strong understanding in inventory and demand management.
Strong analytical, planning, negotiating, and problem solving skills
Has experience on handle project , software,hardware dan product cyber ( IT Company )
Strong communication with contact foreign (principle / vendor ) on board and international purchased , interpersonal, and leadership skills, to convey complex information in a clear manner to team members and other stakeholders
Has experience on handle project especially contact principle / vendor cyber security and safety military
Coordinate the requirements of various projects
Complete other tasks assigned by the BOD
REQUIREMENT
At least 5 year of procurement Manager experience; ( Technologi industry)
Capable of fluent communication in English
Proficient in operating office software, Accurate
Lead and manage the procurement process, ensuring that all purchasing activities comply with corporate policies and standards
Implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and ensure a consistent supply of high quality goods and services
Has a high sense of responsibility
