DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and monitor the product development process from sample to production Coordinate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers Ensure timely ordering of materials and production planning Track production schedules to meet delivery deadlines Conduct quality checks on samples and production batches Analyze cost structures and prepare quotations for customers Solve operational problems and suggest improvements Maintain accurate records and reports of all merchandising activities
REQUIREMENT

2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser in manufacturing (bags, garments, or similar industries preferred) Strong communication and coordination skills (English proficiency preferred) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure Proactive, problem-solver, and a team player Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email communication) Join our team and be a part of our continued success in the retail industry!
