DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively involved on day-to-day activities like installation, change packet etc Review configuration request and its impact and conduct testing for that Data reconciliation between system for internal and external Analyze repeating issues to provide solution into that Conducting problem management for repeating issues Assist in technical solution arise in daily operation Review the designed document for the project that could impact operation Coordinate with others party (internal and external) to ensure the success of daily operation Hands on the configuration required for the component Involved and supervise how testing should be done for the component Hands on database activity Able to use IT Tools for testing the API
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree Minimum Total experience 12 yrs with 3 years’ experience with similar role. Overall exposure should be from Telecom Industry Excellent communication, organization Ability to work through ambiguity and complexity. Solution-oriented mindset. Excellent can-do attitude, good energy and positive outlook. Should have good working knowledge of office tools as Microsoft Office.
