DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collaborate with business leaders to understand the business strategy and objectives
Identify opportunities where IT can provide competitive advantages or effiiciencies.
Translate user requirements into functional solution design and proper functional handover to developer or vendor.
Create a BRD (Business Requirement Document) ensure in line with user needs.
Drive solution analysis, and testing conducted requirement gathering.
Analyse and solution design, prototyping, drive and execute project implementation.
Monitoring User Accept Test (UAT) and coordinate test activities to ensure solutions are delivered based on business requirement and solution design.
Monitoring systems/applications to ensure work progress in accordance with BRD (Business Requirement Document) and the time specified.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Have 2-3 years of experience in same field
Experienced in Information Technology and IT strategy
Strong understanding of Business Process improvement
Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications in IT project management or business analysis are plus
