DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored for the hospital sector. Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and ensure market alignment. Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare-related). Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device, nutrition, or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the clinic or hospital channel is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of team management and target achievement. Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a sales team of 10 professionals, focusing on hospital channels across Northern Taiwan. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, developing team capabilities, and expanding market presence.
