DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and present regular financial reports and analysis to senior management Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making Monitor financial performance against competitors, budgets and forecasts, identifying and addressing variances
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and team management Strong analytical and financial modeling skills as well as excellent presentation and communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and to manage and develop a high-performing team Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
