DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.
Perform timely Patch management as per the Schedule.
Setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows2003, Windows2008 R2 Server Edition, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server.
Maintenance of LAN, network equipment, backup jobs and media
Responsible for the first line support to users, provide L1/L2 support for end users
Provide hands-on technical support to end users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop hardware, software and network problems
Maintenance, procure and configure new hardware and software
Identify and diagnose problems with hardware, software or configuration of equipment and make repairs or recommend changes to hardware and/or software to resolve problems
Maintain hardware inventory and software licenses of the network and system infrastructure.
Assist in various cross-department IT projects and implementation as when required.
Assist and manage procurement of Info Comm related equipment / services with compliance to the TC Financial Rules
Installation and deployment of PCs and Laptops.
Perform network troubleshooting and manage LAN, Switches & IT related communications system.
Administration and maintenance of Email accounts.
Ensure update of documentation in relation to changes in IT environment.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
REQUIREMENT
Diploma qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in general IT systems support
Experienced in the management of IT applications users, cyber security implementation will be an added advantage.
Open to 5.25-day (Alternate Saturday) workweek
