· Manage and lead production team to achieve on time delivery, quality and cost objectives. · Plan, direct and control all aspects of production operations and resources to meet Department’s delivery, quality and quantity KPIs · Ensure continual improvement and efficiency in production processes to enhance and optimize plant and manpower capacity. · Monitor and maintain all process conditions and parameters of the plant as required. · Manage production loses by minimizing contamination, spillage, rejects. · Anticipate production problems to take preventive measures and troubleshooting whenever there is any problem arises in the plant. · Collaborate with maintenance on equipment, machinery maintenance and breakdowns, minimizing production downtime · Explore opportunities for plant improvement in view of machinery and equipment to simplify and automate process · Prepare and monitor production reports for Management review. · Coach and train Prod Exec, Supervisors and Operators to elevate them to the next level. · Exposure to best manufacturing practices and quality management system like GMP, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, CNCA etc. · Manage production organization with overall headcount more than 180 workers · Exposure and experienced to the dairies (Sweetened Condensed Creamer & Evaporated Creamer) processing from mixing until packing (parameters for processes and operational procedures) · Monthly operation OPEX planning and monitoring Yearly CAPEX proposal for plant improvement initiative. · Monitoring monthly overhead cost
