REQUIREMENT
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR, demonstrated through coursework, previous internship experience, or relevant HR-related activities. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards. Availability to work part-time or full-time for the duration of the internship period. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, HRIS, or other HR software. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, reference checks, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases
