REQUIREMENT
- Minimum D3 / S1 any major - Minimum GPA 2.75 - Have a min of 1 years of work experience in BPO clients for CS or - Preferred experience in B2B or Financial Services - Fluent in English both of Written and Reading (min. B1 Intermediate - B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST) - Communicative. - Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday. - Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA. - Candidates can work immediately if they pass the client interview. Preferred Requirements: Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment) Compliance operations experience is preferred. Strong analytical and research skills Knowledge Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
