DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Manage and execute the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. 2. Supervise and oversee General Affairs to ensure efficient operations and compliance. 3. Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related needs and challenges. 4. Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle HR documentation effectively.
REQUIREMENT

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Human Resources role, with proven experience managing end-to-end HR processes. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in supervising General Affairs is a plus.
