DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond and assist in daily production operations in a 24/7 environment. Evaluate, test, and integrate new operating system versions, drivers, and patches. Manage system performance, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Provide technical support and coordinate with other team such as developers, tester, release engineers, liaison officer, principals and end-users. Document system configurations, report activity, procedures, and policies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. 3+ years of experience install, configure and maintain Linux systems. Strong understanding of system administration, networking, and storage concepts. Understanding and experience with high availability and high-performance. Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux is a must and having certification is a plus. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM). Familiarity with cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP). Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Basic scripting with common programming language. Ability to work in a service-oriented team environment. Customer focused, and dedicated to the best possible user experience. Communicate effectively with both technical and business resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
