DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. Client Needs Understanding: Thoroughly understanding client needs, goals, and expectations. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve client and company objectives. Sales and Business Development: Identifying opportunities to grow sales with existing clients, securing new business, and managing the sales process. Communication and Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Problem Solving: Addressing client issues promptly and effectively. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key account metrics, measuring performance, and providing regular reports to management. Market Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends and best practices. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on promises.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree from Reputable University Experience in account management or sales for minimum 3 years in FMCG Business Excellent in communication and negotiation skill Willing to be placed in MeRR Surabaya ESA Sampoerna Group is seeking for young energetic Sales Professional to be placed as KEY ACCOUNT & SALES SUPERVISOR.
