Sales and Business Development: Identifying opportunities to grow sales with existing clients, securing new business, and managing the sales process.
Communication and Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Problem Solving: Addressing client issues promptly and effectively.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key account metrics, measuring performance, and providing regular reports to management.
Market Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on promises.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
Experience in account management or sales for minimum 3 years in FMCG Business
Excellent in communication and negotiation skill
Willing to be placed in MeRR Surabaya
