DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Monitor store or warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and customer loyalty Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills Ensure efficient inventory management and stock control procedures are in place Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store or warehouse activations Provide regular performance feedback and support the professional development of the sales team Maintain a positive and engaging store or warehouse environment that reflects the company's brand and values
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales supervisory or retail management role, preferably in the consumer mining industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach Proficient in inventory management, budget control, and sales reporting Familiarity with retail merchandising and marketing best practices for mining industry Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the retail or consumer products mining industry Bachelor's degree in Mining engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferably have skills in operating MS Office, have an explosives certificate, Booster vaccine, can speak English and driving license C/A
