DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to acquire new HORECA/MT clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing HORECA/MT customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities Identifying and capitalising on emerging market trends and opportunities within the HORECA/MT industry Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional campaigns Providing detailed sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions Representing the company at industry events and trade shows Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the HORECA/MT industry Strong understanding of the HORECA/MT market, including customer needs, pain points, and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track performance and inform decision-making Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
