DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Overseeing and managing the preparation of tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax, and other relevant tax filings Reviewing and analysing tax calculations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations Collaborating with the finance team to reconcile tax accounts and address any discrepancies Providing guidance and support to the tax team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and industry best practices, and implementing appropriate updates and modifications to our tax processes Liaising with tax authorities and resolving any tax-related inquiries or assessments Contributing to the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to optimise the company's tax position
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a tax supervisory or management role, preferably within the Accounting and Taxation industry Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues Proficient in the use of tax software and other relevant technology tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams A proven track record of delivering accurate and timely tax reporting A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
