DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for software applications used across the bank Monitor application performance and identify and resolve any issues or bugs Collaborate with development teams to implement software updates and enhancements Liaise with end-users to understand and address their application-related concerns Maintain detailed records of support activities and document technical solutions Assist with testing and quality assurance of new software releases Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in application support
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar application support or IT helpdesk role Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with various software applications Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with users Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex issues Familiarity with software development lifecycles and testing methodologies Relevant certifications or qualifications in computer science or information technology
