DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

SAP Sales Order creation. Compiling sales and shipment docs sent to customer, DO collection for FOB shipment. Updating information share to customer every day. Capturing customer complaint: Within 24 hours, raise and follow up to related department: Within 24 hours. Ensure customer requirement is fulfilled for Operation and it's documents, and coordinating with planner, production and logistic team Provide detail shipping schedule & tracker shipment to customer. Monitor daily dispatch and ensure dispatch happen as per plan. Join call with customers and with internal UOI ops team (planner and logistic) to update shipment status regularly. Following up on customer's payment and releasing SO.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major. A strong understanding the process of export shipment/local trucking to customer and it's document requirement. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Fluent in English (both conversation and writing skill). Experienced in SAP : PO (Purchase Order) and LC (Letter of Credit) payment with customer. Familiar with operating Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Great interpersonal skills. Roles The Sales Officer will provide a key support role in the growth and profitability of PT. Unilever Oleochemical to drive sales with key customers both internally (Unilever SU) and externally (B2B). The candidate will help support the business development relationship for a wide portfolio of products which include fatty acids, glycerin soap noodles.
