DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Troubleshoot hardware, software (including license management), network, OS (Windows/Linux), VPS hosting, domain, CDN, and WAF issues. Maintain IT systems: software updates, antivirus, and hardware checks. Provide user support and resolve technical complaints. Manage network configurations: router, firewall, switch, access point, printer, CCTV, etc. Create technical reports and documentation. Handle procurement of IT hardware and software.
REQUIREMENT

Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, server, storage, VPS, hosting, domain, CDN, WAF, and security systems. Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills. Good communication and teamwork. MTCNA and/or MCSE certification is a plus. Willing to work outside of regular hours if needed. English proficiency is an advantage.
