DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collect and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential markets, products and business opportunities
Research and evaluate economic, competitor, market, industry and customer growth trends and conditions
Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
Preparing accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
Developing or maintaining information and statistics necessary for supporting manager to communicate sales performance, developing forecasts, making recommendations on customer and project targeting, developing marketing strategies, and managing new and existing products
Support Sales team in the overall operation and be responsible to provide clerical and administrative support.
Facilitate the processing of sales inquiries and provide pricing that is both competitive and reflective of market standards
Supporting the company by ensuring consistent implementation of information security management systems.
Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of the integrated management system: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management system), ISO 45001:2018 (safety management system).
Supporting the company by implementing continuous improvement of the information security management system: ISO 27001:2013
REQUIREMENT
Ability to breaks down straightforward problems into their components
Ability to understands what specific actions need to be taken to contribute to organizational objectives
Ability to resolve own problems and escalate issues appropriately
Ability to use a clear and positive communication style
Ability to understand business fundamentals and practices
Ability to plan and prioritize own workload to meet agreed deadlines
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
