DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles. Generate sales by actively penetrating to relevant customers while providing excellent service to ensure good rapport is always established Collate relevant information to be included in sales proposals. Perform competitor landscape and customer demand monitoring to generate appropriate sales strategy. Manage great level of service given to all customers and ensure their utmost satisfaction as priority. Handle and solve all complaints from customers.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5-10 years in sales role, preferably coming from logistic industry. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form. Skilled at negotiation and problem solving while possess target-driven personality. Willing to be placed in Semarang.
