DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Handle civil projects and support the procurement division for new site/plant development. 2. Manage material purchasing activities and prepare specification comparisons related with Civil works. 3. Consolidate reports on civil material-related items. 4. Create POs, follow up on orders, and handle settlements related to civil engineering projects. 5. Communicate directly with internal teams and suppliers. 6. Conduct vendor sourcing when needed, including negotiating final prices. 7. Ensure all orders are delivered on time. 8. Maintain data using the system.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position. Familiar with procurement/purchasing activity for manufacturing. Strong technical understanding of civil engineering in manufacturing. Proficient in AutoCAD and other software related to civil projects. Good communication skills in English. Proactive, initiative-driven, and assertive. Comfortable working with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. Preferably available to join immediately or with a maximum 1-month notice.
